Brianna Cruz's family was surrounded by family and friends Tuesday, mourning the loss of the 20-year-old mother who died in a rollover traffic accident Monday night.

They said Cruz's two young boys were inside the car along with another male passenger. All were taken to nearby hospitals, and are expected to be OK.

That accident happened around 11 o'clock near Crosstown and Horne road.

Witnesses said spoke with said Cruz's car was swerving on the freeway near the Horne Road exit when it crashed into the guardrail.

The vehicle went over the guardrail, rolled down the embankment and landed upside down.

Earlier we spoke to a witness who saw the accident and rushed to Cruz's vehicle immediately after.

"I didn't hear none of them crying," said Stephanie Garcia. "They looked like they were asleep. Like, everything happened so fast -- they were barely waking up from everything. Being right there, it broke my heart and I was just shaking the whole way. And then having to come back home, it was just, I feel traumatized."

Police are still looking into why that vehicle hit the guardrail and went off the highway.
