CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an early Sunday-morning house fire.
Salatiel Guajardo Jr. was arrested and charged with arson, and is being held in the Nueces County Jail on $150,000 bond.
Video recorded by a doorbell security camera at the home on the 700 block of Cornelia Circle shows someone walking int the driveway of the home, then into the backyard.
Moments later, shortly after 12:30 a.m. Sunday, a fire broke out in the back of the house.
Initial reports said only the patio went up in flames, but after our reporter visited the home, he discovered that each of the rooms in the home sustained damage.
Two adults and two children who were in the house escaped safely.
