CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The only thing more romantic than getting married is getting married at Whataburger on Valentine’s Day!

"We're getting married at Whataburger,” said groom Dylan Welch.

Not at a chapel -- but at a Whataburger.

“It’s pretty wild and crazy and exciting,” Welch said. “We love Whataburger, and we love each other, so this is a perfect way to tie it all together.”

Sharon Arteaga and Dylan Welch tied the knot at the famous burger chain on the bay, after five years together.

Everything came together quickly because the chain only gave the couple a few days’ that they had won the Whata-Wedding Contest. But it came together, and now they're headed to France for their honeymoon, all paid for by Whataburger.

“Whataburger has always been a big part of both of our lives growing up -- a part of our relationship," he said. "We've made important life decisions there.”

The couple first met while at the University of Texas at Austin. Between school, a few dates, and some Whataburger shakes, the couple fell in love.

And today, in front of witnesses, Whataburger staff, and all the onion rings you can eat, they promised to love each other, ‘til death do they part.

“Will you love and comfort her honor and keep her in sickness and in health, forsaking all others keeping yourself only unto her so long as you both shall live?”

“I do,” said Welch.
