CORPUS CHRISTI - A civil rights group is suing Nueces county over the death of an inmate. Gregory Cheek collapsed in his cell back in February 2011 and later died at the hospital.

This week, the Texas Civil Rights Project announced it has filed a federal lawsuit claiming jail employees
