INGLESIDE - A 44-year-old visually impaired man is dead after being hit by a tanker truck early this morning along Highway 361 in Ingleside.

Authorities say Paul Beers was wearing dark clothing as he was standing in the middle of the road around 2:00 a.m. when the truck came
