Posted 11:00 AM 1/22/2013 : Day Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges for Stepson's Drowning

CORPUS CHRISTI - Laura Day plead not guilty today to charges of capital murder, child endangerment and injury to a child related to the drowning death of her 6-year-old stepson last fall.

Police say Day allowed Taylor Syring to swim without a life jacket near Bob Hall Pier in October.
