CORPUS CHRISTI -- A Bishop man who's been charged with 2 counts of capital murder will face the death penalty during his trial.

Noe Salinas is accused of shooting 3 men at a Bishop home in August. 2 of the victims, Mario Briones and Juan Casso died in the shooting. Investigators say it
