CORPUS CHIRSTI - Victor Perez taken into police custody for the alleged assault of Erik Schwirtlich that was caught on tape by a business in downtown Corpus Christi.

An arrest warrant was issued for Perez this morning. He was arrested just after 3:30 this afternoon. Perez had no comment as
