Posted 3:16 PM 3/19/2013 : Man Accused of Killing Grandmother Will Receive a Mental Evaluation

CORPUS CHRISTI -- The Corpus Christi man charged with killing his grandmother in February, cutting her up and burying the parts appeared in court today.

A judge decided David Christy will get a mental evaluation to find out if he's competent to stand trial.
