CORPUS CHRISTI -- A local pain management clinic purchased drugs from the New England pharmacy at the center of a nationwide fungal Meningitis outbreak, according to documents released by the FDA Monday.

Coastal Bend Pain Management was listed as a customer of the New England Compounding
