INGLESIDE - Remus Litoiu, 30, is in the San Patricio County Jail charged with the murder of Maria A. DeLeon, 35, yesterday in Ingleside. Police were called out to a home on Breezeway Circle Wednesday morning when someone found the victim's body face down on a sidewalk.
