Posted 5:10 PM 3/1/2013 : Aransas Pass Fire Evacuees Taken to City Hall, Fire Still Raging

ARANSAS PASS - Fire departments from across the Coastal Bend continue battling a very large brush fire that forced the mandatory evacuations of residents in Aransas Pass this afternoon.

There's no word on what started the fire that's affected several city blocks on the northside of town.
