ROCKPORT -- There's a follow up to a story we told you about last week.

An Aransas County Court-At-Law judge -- seen on a Youtube video smacking his daughter with a belt -- is expected to be back on the bench this week.

The Texas Supreme Court lifted Judge William Adams' suspension
