CORPUS CHRISTI - Eric Baugher, 21, of Corpus Christi was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of synthetic marijuana after police say he committed a hit and run crash on Interstate 37 last night.

Investigators say Baugher's Saturn Vue struck a Nissan Versa around 8:15 p.m.
