CORPUS CHRISTI - The grandson of a woman found in a shallow grave behind her home on Bentwood is now charged with murder and tampering with evidence.

David Christy, 27, was already being held in Nueces County Jail on charges of assaulting an officer, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
