CORPUS CHRISTI - Friends and family got together this morning to remember a man known in the community as "Frank the Birdman." His real name was Frank Seagle. He passed away last month after a heart attack. He worked as a mail carrier until the 1970's and then, for 30 years, pushed an H.E.B.
