NEW YORK - A former Corpus Christi resident has pleaded guilty to charges that he plotted to assassinate Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States. Manssor Arbabsiar entered the plea Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. He's a U.S. citizen with an Iranian passport. A
