BANQUETE - A fire destroyed a home just outside of Banquete Tuesday evening.

Fire investigators say the home on the 5100 block of County Road 40 belonged to an elderly woman who was having some electrical work done.

The woman wasn't home when the fire broke out around 5:30 Tuesday
