ROCKPORT - The family of Rockport native, Elton "Mark" McCabe, has received new information about his arrest in South Sudan last month. McCabe was arrested by Sudan's Security Service and charged with the kidnapping and attempted murder of a Sudanese man. His family says the charges are complete
