CORPUS CHRISTI - Jose Erebia, 18, is being held in the Nueces County jail on charges he opened fire on a group of people outside Gloria Hicks Elementary last Saturday.

The victims, ages 15, 17, and 27, were shot in the legs and hands during the drive-by shooting near the basketball court
