CORPUS CHRISTI -- Diabetes affects about 86,000 people in the Coastal Bend and not all of them have insurance to help cover their needs.

Today, dozens of those people went to Metro Ministries looking for a solution to their foot problems and left with a new pair of orthopedic shoes.
