PORT ARANSAS - Like to listen to loud music while on the beach? The City of Port Aransas is clamping down on music that's louder than a vacuum cleaner, about 70 decibels, from noon to 10 p.m.
During spring break, city officials will be handing out citations that carry a fine up to $500.
