REFUGIO - The southbound side of Highway 77 was shut down overnight at the Refugio-San Pat county line so crews could pick up auto parts that were scattered on the road.

Authorities say around 1 a.m. the driver of an 18-wheeler hauling some produce pulled over to check his refrigeration
