ARANSAS PASS - Pat Kerr is an Aransas Pass resident who lives on the corner of 10th st. and Ireland, just yards away from the brush fire that burned more than 65 acres in the city Friday afternoon.

His concern is there aren't any fire hydrants on Ireland at all.
