CORPUS CHRISTI - As of this afternoon, the American and Texas flags are now back at the top of flag poles outside the Citgo refinery on Nueces Bay Boulevard.
This morning those flags, along with the Citgo flag, were flying at half staff, presumably in memory of Venezuelan President Hugo

CORPUS CHRISTI - A lot of folks don't seem to be pleased Citgo placed the American, Texas and Citgo flags all at half-staff outside the refinery on Nueces Bay Boulevard this morning.
