CORPUS CHRISTI - Police have identified 21-year-old Michael Andrew Martinez as the man found dead in a burning apartment on 7th Street Wednesday morning.

Firefighters made the grisly discovery around 7 a.m. after they put the small fire out. The medical examiner says it's possible the fire
