CORPUS CHRISTI - Michael Aguirre will spend up to 15 years behind bars for a 2011 DWI crash that David Garner, plus another 2 years for driving while intoxicated with a child.

A jury convicted Aguirre on both counts Thursday afternoon after only one hour of deliberation. Prosecutors argued
