FLOUR BLUFF -- Christus Spohn Memorial announced this month it has closed the children psychiatric sector at the hosptial. Now, there's only one hospital in the Coastal Bend that treats adolescent psychiatric patients. Associate administrator Jaime Molbert from Bayview Behavioral Hospital says
