ALICE - A Jim Wells county grand jury has indicted 30-year-old Matilda Guerrero on theft charges. She's accused of taking money for a kids soccer league that never got started in Alice.

As we first reported back in August, Guerrero is accused of taking between $7,000 to $8,000.
