CORPUS CHRISTI - The northbound lanes of Highway 77 were diverted down to one lane today just before noon due to a two vehicle crash near FM 2826.
The driver of a Jeep says he was cut off by someone else while at highway speeds. He swerved to avoid a crash, but ended up rolling his vehicle anyway.
Neither driver was seriously injured. The second driver was ticketed for causing the accident.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Emergency crews rushed six people to the hospital this afternoon following a major crash on Highway 77 near Bishop.
Officials say the driver of a Chevy Impala ran a stop sign in front of a Corvette heading south.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Police struggled to get on handle on increased holiday shopping traffic in front of La Palmera mall during the response to a 4 vehicle crash on the westbound SPID access road.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Traffic on Highway 44 east of Robstown was reduced to one lane around 2:30 p.m. for a two vehicle crash at FM 1694.
The drivers of a pickup truck belonging to the Texas Department of Transportation and a Ford Focus were both taken to the hospital to be checked out.
There's no word on what caused the crash or who may be at fault.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Three people were taken to area hospitals for minor injuries after their Chevy Tahoe flipped along Ennis Joslin. Police say the driver of a truck did not stop for cross traffic while leaving an apartment complex, leading the Tahoe to clip the grill guard and flip over.

CORPUS CHRISTI - A water main break at Brewster Street and Tancahua lead Corpus Christi police to shut down a portion of the road this afternoon. The leak left a significant amount of water across the street and in adjacent parking lots.
There's no word on what caused the fault or when crews will have everything repaired.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Traffic investigators are working a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Cimarron and Wooldridge in Corpus Christi.
Police say the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries when the driver of a pickup made a left turn in front of the rider.
