CORPUS CHRISTI - According to the City of Corpus Christi Traffic Engineering office, from Thursday, March 11 through Tuesday, March 16, 2010, weather permitting, American Electric Power (AEP) work crews will be doing utility work on Carancahua Street between Lipan Street and Winnebago Street.
