Posted: Updated:

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX –  Do you have plans for your home or business but don’t know if they meet State and City requirements? Attend the last of two Designer Workshops offered to review requirements and processes conducted by the Development Services Department.

The free workshop is intended for individuals looking to submit residential or commercial plans for permitting and inspection and want to submit their own designs, but do not have engineering or architectural backgrounds.

Topics include windstorm requirements, applications, plan review and permit requirements, among others. Representatives from the City’s Plan Review staff will be available to answer questions.

You are encouraged to RSVP as seating is limited to the first 40 participants.

The workshop takes place at the Ben F. McDonald Public Library on Greenwood from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
