The FBI agent whose gun accidentally went off at a Colorado nightclub earlier this month is facing criminal charges.
FBI agent Chase Bishop accidentally shot a man on June 3 at a downtown Denver nightclub.
Denver police today charged Bishop with accidentally shooting someone and booked him into the downtown detention center.
Video of the incident shows the gun falling from Bishop's waistband holder as he's dancing and doing a back-flip.
It accidentally fired when Bishop went to pick it up.
According to police officials, a man in the crowd was shot in the leg and taken to a hospital.
