Looking to add a pet to your family? Then check with the people at Corpus Christi Animal Care Services. They are looking for permanent homes for the animals they care for, including our featured Pet of the Week.

Bonnie was brought to CCACS awhile back as a stray. She is about 2-years of age and appears to be an American Staffordshire/Boxer mix. She is very friendly and loves to be scratched behind her ears!

Once the adoption fee is paid and the paperwork is filled out for Bonnie, she will be scheduled to be spayed. The procedure will be performed before she is allowed to move in to her new home. That is not the case, however, for all of the animals available for adoption. Some are "green-sleeved," which means they are ready to go immediately upon approval.

To learn more about adopting any of the animals at the 2626 Holly Road facility, just drop by any Monday through Saturday from 1:00 to 5:30 PM. You are welcome to bring your children or any current pets you have, in order to spend time with any animal you may be thinking of adopting.
