Del Mar College National Drawing and Small Sculpture Show

Posted: Updated:

The Del Mar College National Drawing and Small Sculpture Show is a long running tradition in Corpus Christi.

The annual event, which has attracted artists from all over the nation for more than 50 years, had its opening ceremony earlier this month at the Joseph Cain Memorial Art Gallery.

Now in its 52nd year, the show had nearly 200 entries that were narrowed down to 24 drawings and 24 sculptures.

Admission to the National Drawing and Small Sculpture Show is free. The show runs through May 4th at the Joseph Cain Gallery in the Fine Arts Center on Del Mar’s East campus.

The gallery is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Fridays.
