Amber Alert: Authorities search for missing Texas toddler

UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been discontinued, Texas DPS reports that 2-year-old Amia Blanton has been found. 

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old Texas girl.

Amia Blanton was last seen wearing a pink and green Nike jacket, green sweatpants and brown boots with fur lining. She has a scar on her right eyebrow. She was last seen in Mesquite, Texas.

Law enforcement officials are also looking for Levita Grant in connection with the child's disappearance. According to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Grant has hair in braids and was last seen wearing a gray jacket and black pants.

Grant is believed to be in a white 2016 Nissan Versa with a Texas license plate of GWK2818.
