It's been six months since Harvey hammered Refugio County and yet, FEMA has delivered only five trailers or modular homes to the area.
And yet, just a few miles up the road in Beeville, an entire field of FEMA trailers and modular homes sit, idle.
Meanwhile, Refugio County Sheriff Pinky Gonzales tells us were it not for the kindness and generosity of charity groups, volunteers and churches, many in Refugio County would be living in worse conditions than they already are.
