Frosty Fingers looking for Teddy Bears, motorcycle riders

Posted: Updated:

The hottest motorcycle ride in Texas is happening this weekend!

About 200 riders are expected to show up at Corpus Christi Cycle Plaza (2937 S. Padre Island Dr.) this Sunday, January 28th, for the 9th annual Frosty Fingers ride. Registration begins at 10:00 AM and $10 will get you a spot in the ride and a meal at C'est Bon Seafood. The first group of 50 will leave the dealership at 11:00 AM.

This year, Corpus Christi Cycle Plaza will also be collecting new Teddy Bears and stuffed animals for the CCPD Victim Assistance Program. These are given by Corpus Christi Police to children whose families are the victims of violent crime.

Those who do not wish to participate in the ride but would still like to donate to the program, are invited to drop by the dealership any time between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and help fill a CCPD squad car with stuffed animals.
