CORPUS CHRISTI -

The Nueces County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as 31-year-old Timothy Trevino. A cause of death has not been released pending an autopsy.

One person is dead and two others hospitalized after an early morning accident.

It happened at the intersection of North Port Ave. and Leopard St. when a car traveling toward the downtown area ran off the road, rolling over about 200 feet and ejecting a passenger.

CCPD says the ejected passenger was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver and other passenger were transported to an area hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The names of the three victims have not been released and police say the investigation is ongoing.
