Police say John Alvarado was driving drunk at the time of the crash.
The man accused of causing a crash that killed a mother of six appeared before a judge.
Twenty-five-year old John Andrew Alvarado's bond had been set at $245,000. During a hearing Thursday afternoon, Judge Sandra Watts told Alvarado made bond. She told Alvarado, once he's released from jail, he'll have to wear an ankle monitor and meet with a pre-trial officer every week.
Alvarado is facing one count of intoxication manslaughter, two counts of intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury and one county of causing an accident involving death.
Police say Alvarado was driving drunk when his car started a chain reaction crash on Saratoga near Weber.
Brenda Lee Rodriguez, 41, was killed in that crash early Saturday morning. Investigators say her two sons were hurt.
The impact has left them in critical condition.
