Baby hospitalized after being burned at home

A baby has been rushed to the hospital after being seriously burned.

According to police, the eight month old boy was burned when the mother was giving the baby a bath at their home on the 3900 block of Fred's Folly Drive.

The baby received first and second degree burns and was taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital.

Police say the incident is under investigation.
