The incident happened around 12:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon in the 800 Block of North Chaparral Street.

A witness at the scene told police the argument stemmed from a stolen phone between two men and a man pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man twice.

The victim was transported to the hospital, and his condition is unknown. Police did say that the injuries appeared to be non-life threatening.

Police say a suspect is in custody.
