But after Hurricane Harvey, the mortar is weakening. Now, bricks are coming loose.
A big problem, and it's only getting worse. And yet, when TWIA issued Durham's claim, they left out her request
for help repairing the brick and mortar.
It's the second time in as many weeks we've heard TWIA is ignoring, rather than accepting or denying, specific portions of a policyholder's claim.
