Hurricane Harvey may still be having an impact on Corpus Christi Bay.
A marina employee spotted large schools of fish and jelly fish swimming around in a frenzy.
Also, the water in the marina was cloudy yesterday, and it's crystal clear.
A marine with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department says this activity may be due to a lack of oxygen.
Sort of a mini-dead zone created by Harvey which caused organic material to run off into the bay and deplete the oxygen.
If the problem continues, we could see fish kills.
