Six people were sent to the hospital with major injuries following a t-bone accident.
The crash happened around 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening at FM 666 and State Highway 44 intersection.
According to DPS Trooper Rudy Flores, a silver vehicle traveling eastbound on State Highway 44 failed to yield the right of way and was struck by a red car that was traveling southbound on FM 666.
Troopers say tall grass near the intersection may have contributed to the crash, but are still going to cite the driver of the silver car.
Troopers say a baby was also involved in the accident, but she didn't sustain any injuries because she was in a child's seat.
