One of the suspects in a Bee County triple homicide has been acquitted.
On Friday, a jury found Presciliano "Pres" Martinez not guilty of capital murder. He was accused of the deaths of Barry Garcia, Marc Fuentes, and Rosalinda Posada. Investigators say the three victims were found shot at a home on Charco Rd. in September 2015.
Garcia and Fuentes were found dead inside the home. Posada was badly wounded and later died at a hospital.
Two other men - Felix Perez and Jesse Munoz - are still awaiting trial on capital murder charges, related to the killings.
