A Starbucks barista is raising a flap, over the coffee chain's latest frap.
Braden Burson works at a Starbucks in Colorado. He posted a video to Twitter, complaining about the new Unicorn Frappuccino. That post has since been removed.
The Unicorn Frappuccino has sweet and sour pink and blue cream swirl, topped with what Starbucks calls "fairy powder." In his video, Burson complains that the drink is difficult to make. He says customers swamped his store Wednesday, to get their hands on it.
"If you love us baristas, don't order it," Burson said on Twitter. "For the love of God and everything that is good, don't get the Unicorn Frappuccino!"
The barista also says that making the drink for a day has left him with sticky hands, and residue from the drink stuck to his clothes and hair. Others joined in, relating their horror stories:
