Look for afternoon high from 95 to 100, High pressure will dominate Texas and lower pressure, associated with what might become Tropical Storm Alberto, moves into the eastern Gulf of Mexico.     There is very little change in our weather pattern with upper level high pressure becoming more dominate in our weather through early next week. This will also keep the developing tropical system in the Western Caribbean well away from south Texas. Tonight will be mainly clear calm and quiet with a low of 71 and

    This Memorial Day Weekend will be a hot one. Higher pressure is expected over Texas. As a result our highs will hover near 95. That will put most inland areas at or near 100. Overnight lower only dropping into the mid 70s. In the tropics, an area of low pressure has developed off the coast of Cancun. The system will likely strengthen to a tropical depression.  All indications are that the system will head to the Florida panhandle early next week. Heavy rains expected for Florida....
