Corpus Christi Police released new surveillance photos Monday of a man they believe robbed the Valero Corner Store on McArdle Road on Nov. 5.

A store clerk at the store in the 6300 block of McArdle Road told police a man walked into the store around 11 p.m. and asked if he could have $40 in the cash register. When the clerk refused, the man allegedly threatened to pull out a gun. The clerk opened the register, and the suspect took the bills inside.

Police said the suspect fled on foot toward the back of the store.

If you recognize the person in these photos or know information about this case, you are asked to call the Corpus Christi Police Detectives at 886-2840. Anyone who would like to keep their identity secret and provide information to the Detectives can call Crime Stoppers at 888-TIPS (8477) or submit the tip online at http://www.888TIPS.com
