  CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - With their first two picks of the United States Hockey League draft, Tri-City picked up a forward along with a goaltender. Jalen Schulz became the first defenseman that the Storm added to their 2013 draft list as he was selected in the 4th round, 47th overall.

  VICTORIA - The John Paul II Softball Team played like the number 1 team in TAPPS making quick work of Beaumont Kelly rolling 12-2 punching their ticket to the TAPPS Final Four. The ladies now await the winner of St. Agnes/Nolan.
